Nanoha x5 lens even makes debris look interesting
You'd call us crazy if we suggested that you spend the next two-and-a-half minutes pondering your existence while staring at gobs of chewing gum and hair. But what if we told you that this unholy elixir of human and earthly detritus was filmed using a Panasonic GH2 equipped with a Nanohax5(M) lens and Micro Four Thirds mount? The Nanohax5 is designed for mirrorless cameras and features a a 5x magnification so that one pixel on the resulting image equates to about 1 micrometer on the object. It also features a 310g LED lighting unit to keep things illuminated when the subject is just 11mm from the front of the lens. The results are microscopic images without the aid of a microscope. So sit back and gaze longingly into the everyday world you take for granted in the Seb Ferges test video below.
