RIM has kind of a knack for open secrets, in that every single detail of a phone will inadvertently leak before the device is even acknowledged to exist. This time it's a picture of the BlackBerry Bold 9790, popping up on the official BlackBerry website comparison tool in lieu of the Bold 9700 (pictured above, left, next to the real 9700). The image in question, found by Crackberry forum goers, has since been fixed back to 9700, but you can clearly see more defined hardware buttons next to the trackpad. As the story goes so far, the Bold 9790 is best thought of as a Bold 9900 in a 9700's body, and clearly RIM's site designers took that analogy to heart. At this point, it seems it's not a matter of if this device will be announced but when.
