I have a Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 with a Manfrotto 496RC2 Ball Head. I wanted a good medium between portability and sturdiness since I travel a lot but also do a lot of landscapes and architecture. I really wanted carbon fibre but I couldn't bring myself to putting down the money for a Gitzo lol.
