It's simple.
Give (constructive) criticism to any photo you see and then post one of your own. Post photos as a reply to the OP and post critiques as replies to photos. This should keep things nice and clean.
Don't explain what's in your shot, leave all the interpretation to your critics! Do however, include technical details of the photo such as:
Don't worry if you're not experienced in photography, the aim of this thread is to learn from each other.
- Focal Length
- Aperture
- Shutter Speed
- ISO
