So, Joshua Topolsky thinks using Windows OS is like poison, does anyone actually enjoy using their PC OS?

And no, this isnt intended to form an attack towards Josh,I know alot of people do not enjoy Windows default setup. In fact buying a new windows laptop from a store will come so stuffed bloatware and manufacturer garbage that I dont know how anyone would continue using it.
I use Windows 7, and prefer it over alternative OS's, but I use it in a very stripped down manner, with my explorer files kept very tidy and a launch dock on the desktop as opposed to several ugly little desktop icons.
