The Verge technology stack
As a web developer I would love to know what technologies are being used for the site.
Apparently this post has to be 75 words long before I can publish. Geez, I'm not even halfway there...I guess I'm curious to know a little about the tools your using to publish and organize the site. Are you using Python, Ruby, PHP or something else on the server? Is everything custom built or are there some good open-source projects you utilized? (Django, Node.js, Backbone.js, Sinatra etc. etc.).
