Every installed an Optibay on a Macbook Pro?
I want an SSD. But I also use my Macbook as my desktop at home (via connecting to monitor and stand) and on the go at work, so I tend to keep a lot of files.
I then discovered Optibay, which basically swaps out your existing MBP CD-Rom drive for a hard drive bay of which I was planning on putting a 64gb SSD to run my apps and OS from.
I don't remember the last time I used the disc Drive and worst case I could always buy an external dvd drive.
Any one installed one of these with much success? Was it hard ? Easy to configure?.. Lets here your thoughts.
