Roku's lineup of inexpensive media streamers has been popular enough in the US for the company to credibly talk about putting one under every TV, and now they're going international: Roku just announced that it'll be selling boxes in the UK and and Canada early next year. Of course, a streaming box is nothing without content services, so we'll see how many of Roku's channels make the trip with it, but Roku says it'll work on region-specific channels and Netflix has been making big moves in the UK, so the core pieces are definitely in place. As for Canada, well, you're cool too.
