With legacy apps, how will ICS deal with the menu button?

I haven't seen any pictures of it on blogs, but how will ICS deal with the missing menu button? In the Market app, the only way to update your apps is to click the menu button and go to "My Apps". If anyone has tried out a Galaxy Nexus, did you notice if they changed the Market at all to accommodate for that?

For other apps, is it going to be like Honeycomb, where they add a virtual menu button when you need it? If so, is there anything that prevents new ICS native apps from having a "menu button menu"?

I love that Google has finally gotten rid of that button. I've always thought it was terrible design to hide functionality from the user, but they haven't been very clear about how they will be addressing this.
