Macbook Air 11.6 Battery Life
Hello.
So I recently switched from an iPad to the 11.6in Macbook Air. I love this laptop, but the battery life seems.... slightly better than bad.
Apple reports the battery life to be up to 5 hours 'wireless web,' but I don't think I am getting even close to that.
- It's probably around 2:30 hours of browsing (if that). Display at close to the dimmest setting, bluetooth off, keyboard backlight off, no unnecessary programs running, etc.
- Video playtime is around 5 episodes of Modern Family. So about 1:40
Does this seem normal to anyone else? I can live with it, but I wish I could carry the Air around for a day without bringing the charger.
