LG Nitro HD is AT&T's first 720p LTE phone, available December 4th for $249.99
Needed any more evidence that the 720p craze is here to stay? Look no further than AT&T's just-announced Nitro HD from LG, which features a 4.5-inch "true HD" IPS screen that lacks the PenTile configuration found in many other high-res phone displays these days. Of course, the launch of the Nitro HD comes as no big surprise — it had been rumored for some time — but that shouldn't detract from the excitement of getting a US version of the Optimus LTE on the market. Other features include an 8-megapixel camera, LTE radio (naturally), 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and 20GB of total storage — 4GB internal plus an included 16GB microSD card. Look for it online and in stores this Sunday, December 4th, for $249.99 on a new contract.
