Apple's apparently not happy with the revised Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N that was just released in Germany in order to work around the European design registration on the iPad — Cupertino's asked the German court to ban the 10.1N as well. It's not surprising that Apple challenged the workaround, but we'll see how far this request goes; unlike the original Galaxy Tab 10.1, the 10.1N features a revised frame that wraps around to the front of the display, which is fairly different than the edge-to-edge glass featured in Apple's design registration. The initial hearing is scheduled for December 22nd, so we'll know soon enough.
