Google Calendar adds suggested times for events
Google added a clever feature to Google Calendar today called "Suggested Times," which makes scheduling a meeting among multiple people a lot easier. Now, when you create a calendar event, you choose a day and select who's invited — before you even send the invitation, it will sweep the calendars of all your invitees to see what times everyone is available so you can pick a time that works. Of course, you'll all need to be using Google Calendar for it to work, but that seems to be increasingly likely for both business and personal use.
