Why does Microsoft get so much grief?

Windows 7 - 450+ million sold

Office 2010 - 100+ million sold

XBox 360 - 57.5 million sold

Yet all you see on comment boards is pure hate for this company. Microsoft really helped bring computing to the masses, and this is the thanks they get.
