Ubisoft's newest Wii peripheral is the Drawsome Tablet, which lets you draw directly on your game thanks to a 6.5 x 5-inch drawing surface and stylus. The tablet will be available December 6th, primed for holiday gift giving, though we have no idea of the price. It comes bundled with two games, Drawsome Artist, a drawing title with some Smurfs content, and Drawsome Sketch Quest, where you help animals by filling in the environment around them.
This isn't the first time we've seen a Wii tablet — THQ made one almost exactly a year ago called the uDraw, which currently only has six titles available for it, including the one it was bundled with. Both tablets feature a similar form factor, with a WiiMote tucked on the left side and a stylus for drawing, but the Drawsome has a larger drawing surface, the ability to save and share files over SDHC card, and it has a special slot where you can insert images so you can trace them.
If you watch the video below, you can get a bit of a feel for how Ubisoft expects it to be used, and the four-player interaction looks surprisingly interesting, though remarkably similar to some of the WiiU demos we've seen.
