Bumper style case w/port covers?

Is there a bumper style case with port covers available? I'd like to have the dock port, headphone port covered, but want the smallest case possible.

So, something like a Graft Leverage or Element Vapor bumper, but with dock, headphone jack covers. A case company could theoretically make a waterproof case with just a bumper, films over the glass, and good seals.
