We already deemed the Samsung Focus Flash a really solid budget Windows Phone 7 handset when it was set at $50 with a two-year contract at AT&T. Now, of course, it isn't the mega-sized 4.7-inch HTC Titan, but the 3.7-inch Super AMOLED phone does have a fast 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor, 5-megapixel camera, and a fresh helping of Microsoft's new Mango OS.
