Infinity Blade 2 crashing on original iPad and fourth-gen iPod touch
The highly-regarded Infinity Blade 2 launched on time yesterday and quickly became the number one app on the App Store, but many original iPad and fourth-generation iPod touch users are reporting the game crashes immediately upon loading. Infinity Blade 2's developer, Chair Entertainment, is aware of the issue and currently working on a fix; in the meantime, the VP of Epic Games (Chair's parent company) posted some tips on how to get the game up and running on troublesome hardware. While there are still plenty of users complaining that these tips didn't help, the majority of customers appear quite happy — there are almost 1,500 five-star reviews on iTunes already.
