I'm a big fan of the hardware design, but the software leaves me a little cold. I don't like that content on my computer is so separated from content streamed from iTunes — it really needs a better universal search. Entering text is terrible with the remote but pretty good with an iOS device. Streaming from iOS devices works really well.
My biggest gripe from a content perspective is that it doesn't support Hulu Plus.
