HP TouchPad

I, like many others, only purchased the TouchPad after HP dropped its price to $99. For the money, it is definitely the best tablet you can get. The tablet itself is heavy, slick, and feels like a hunk of plastic, not as sturdy-feeling as the iPad. The display is very good since it is the same exact screen as the iPad. The camera on the front is OK, but not anything to write home about. The speakers are better than average because of the Beats technology, but in the end, they're still tiny little speakers on a tablet. Performance-wise, the stock WebOS 3 is sluggish. It's a great OS, but the slow performance doesn't do anything to show it off. Also, there aren't nearly as many apps available for WebOS as there are even for Honeycomb. Overall, it's an excellent tablet for the money, but there are much better tablets available at the original price.
