I've had the focus a short time now, it's updated to Mango, and here's my breakdown:

Screen brightness and black levels
Runs snappy
Exchange/Office365 integration is good (including access to documents stored on Office365)
Social Integration works fairly well with Twitter and Facebook, although there is a brief learning curve on how to best use it.
Typing was good like my iPhone. Auto correct did a good job as well.
Really like the user experience with the Live Tiles, and the interface as a whole.

Screen quality is not perfect. There is a slight blue shade in the top left corner that can be seen when looking at a white background.the color gradients are a bit limited and inaccurate.
Marketplace lacks some needed apps, like support for google or amazon music.
Battery is OK. Not any better than my android (Atrix).
The auto brightness feature is distracting. It's often changing brightness when in use, switching between apps.
