Design: At least it's not white. I'd prefer it to be more of a box instead of the weird curve.

Software: UI is a little bad; not very intuitive. When you boot up it now displays a health warning with no option to disable it and when that is over it starts on PSN instead of starting on the disc to quickly start playing. At least online play is free.

Games: It has great games and exclusives. Though you won't have Mario, Zelda, or Halo.

Controls: The controller that comes with it sucks. I bought a Power A controller and it has a much better fit in your hands and it is more ergonomic.

Performance: You won't get PC graphics but it is better than the xBox 360 and the Wii.

Heat: Doesn't get hot (or at least I don't feel it during gameplay).

Noise: The disc reading noise is my pet peeve with all consoles.

EDIT: The PS3 deleted the hard drive by itself after owning it for a little over a year. I'm selling it and investing in a gaming computer. Reliability = bad.
