I upgraded to the iPhone 4S after having the iPhone 4, both on Verizon. To me, the iPhone 4S takes what was already amazing in the iPhone 4 and, well, doesn't do much else. The speed difference because of the A5 chip is really non-noticeable: both phones are fast. The new camera is pretty awesome, although the front facing camera is still sub-par. Siri is cool, and useful while driving and with reminders, but that's about it. Also, voice recognition and control is the opposite of where technology is headed. I want fewer people to hear/see/know what I'm doing on my phone, not more. All in all, the iPhone 4S kicks ass and takes names...just as well as the iPhone 4 did.
