I can't live without the multitouch features in OSX Lion. Using a generic USB mouse leaves me feeling lost, and programmable buttons just can't compete with full gesture commands.
I recommend using MagicPrefs to set up your own custom multitouch gestures for your most used commands (like opening Alfred).

Beautiful design and great construction. I actually find the mouse to be quite ergonomic, and I have no problems using it all day. I don't need a bulky mouse that hugs my hand.
