The NEW Silicon Valley - NY or Cali?
Whats everyone's take on this?

I love both cities and it strides for tech advancements but I'd have to agree with the article in some respects. I'm a NY transplant from the SF bay area and actually worked in the Valley for many years. I believe NY has a lot of momentum and should let it evolve into a tech mecca of its own, maybe offering something uniquely different where it encapsulates the NY spirit, soul, + attitude of the people here, instead of "competing" and trying to be similar to what SV is today. When you think about it, SV is like a totally different animal due to its location, weather, lifestyle and general attitude.
