Best Under $400 PCS?
my family and I are looking for a cheap, non netbook to give to my father for Christmas. So far, I'm leaning towards the Dell Vosotro available at New Egg for 399, but I'm open suggestions! His use cases are: taxes, general online browsing and document writing. Please, if you have a suggestion, please share!
