Extremely slow, bad camera, thick and heavy, bad call quality, poor WiMax speeds, bloat and crapware, old version of Android, few updates, low storage, high price, okay speakers, HTC Sense (make up your mind) good build, good keyboard, great screen and screen resolution, good build quality, and surprisingly good battery even with 4G on, but not perfect. An odd issue issue I have and had with my two Shifts (I broke the first one by dropping it off a building :/ ) is that after a few months the top right corner seems to fill with a dust like film under the glass. Its hard to notice when the screen is on, but the second the screen dims off, its awkwardly noticable. The only person I could imagine using this phone is someone who texts a lot, and exclusively. Any excess data, even when on the sd card, really slows it down. Alternatively you can get the Samsung Epic, which to the best of my knowledge has a great keyboard, larger screen, faster internals, and more storage for the same price. Granted, this phone has served me well, but the Evo line is kind of a joke.
