A new wireless carrier named PrepaYd Wireless is making a splash with its cheap cellphone plans — headlined by a $45 per month unlimited everything for smartphones plan. It runs on Sprint's 3G network, but as with most of these prepaid carriers, you're stuck with a pretty bad phone selection. The smartphone lineup is filled out with the LG Optimus S, Samsung Replenish, and HTC Arrive, with prices ranging from $75 to $399.99. The two dumbphone plans start at $35 for unlimited voice and text and go up to $40 to add unlimited data. The phones offered for those plans include the Sanyo Vero, Samsung Reclaim, LG Rumor Touch, and the LG Remarq. All of these are free (while supplies last) other than the Rumor Touch, which comes in at $99.99. Just keep in mind that you can't put a price on that capital "Y."
