Google updated its web-based search for mobile today to offer better results when you're looking for movies or theaters. This isn't the first time that Google's enhanced its search for films, but this most recent update includes a list of movies near you (search "movies"), theater showtimes (search for the theater name), and film details (search for the movie title). It's all provided in a neat interface with scrollable movie posters that offer trailers, showtimes, reviews, and ticket sales (through Fandango) when selected. You can use it now with both Android- or iOS-based smartphones in the US only.
