Design: Phone is the perfect size for one-handed use, the battery cover provides excellent grip the only downside is the thickness of the phone.
Display: Best display of any Smartphone, highest DPI and most natural/realistic color reproduction
Cameras: Excellent 8MP camera on back. The best HTC has made
Reception / Call Quality: I have not had any issues with call quality
Performance: The 1.5GHz dual-core processor is top of the line
Software: Although Sense 3.5 is very snappy, touch-screen responsiveness is not good. It can take up-to half a second for the notification bar to slide down after the initial swipe, It sometimes trigger an event I don't intend to trigger by tapping a second time thinking the first touchscreen response was not detected by the phone.
Battery Life: With WiFi and LTE on, the phone will last 8 - 12 hours with moderate use. With Wifi and LTE off I have been able to get two days of use (Almost 48 hours). I don't blame the phone for poor battery life, I blame the implementation of LTE.
Ecosystem: It is Android and benefits from the Android Market, Google applications, Amazon App Store, Netflix Library, etc.
I give a Final Score of 8.5 but slider seems to like 9.0
