iOS Status Bar Notifications

Good evening, all -

You may remember, at the time when we anticipated the iOS 5 launch, that this picture emerged as a possible method for which notifications would be delivered. They looked very BlackBerry-like in style and design. Of course, we later learned that this was not how iOS 5 would look and delivery notifications.

I would like to know if there is an app (for jailbroken iPhones, obviously) that can deliver this sub-status bar notification design. I must say, I love they way it looks. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
