OPEN: Online Protection and Enforcement of Digital Trade Act

I'm no legal expert, so I'm going to post this to ask The Verge's opinion, which I'm positive will be more educated than my own.

SOPA and PIPA are taking a nap, but what about the OPEN Act? Looks like it was drafted on 12-17-2011... seems a lot more fair than SOPA, but is it the best solution?

PCworld had a pretty good write-up, so does Wikipedia...

What do you guys think? Personally, I wish they'd just leave us well enough alone.
