Netflix, you need more selection.
Yes, I know, you have a lot of content. You’re even launching some of your own! That’s great. I love watching Raising Hope and Arrested Development, etc. Here’s the thing, I need more. And no, I don’t want to get it mailed to me. I don’t mind paying $10 a month for some more content. Call it “Netflix Premium”, or not, just get me some more content. A lot of your customer base seems to be yearning for more content, I just need a little more to drop my cable service. Also, other Xbox Live services and RedBox are nipping at your heels, so hurry. Your satisfaction dropped a lot this year, don’t let it drop more. The decisions you make now are going to greatly affect the future of television, not only for you, but for everyone.
