Although the phone is now a bit dated, the Evo 4G is still going very strong. Not only is the proprietary software very quick and consistent, custom development for the phone is still going very strong. At the time, this phone was the best of the best. Currently, I think it still is one of the best. The design was a first of its kind, the performance and software was fantastic, and the screen was amazing (these features are still true today). One thing that it originally lacked was good battery life, but after numerous updates, there has been a lot of improvement.
