"Is the ASUS crosshair V+580 giving biased results for the Bulldozer?"
Been researching new parts for a build and came across this interesting post:

Essentially the poster is claiming Bulldozer tests/reviews using the Asus + 580GTX don't paint a very accurate picture of the performance of the AMD part, and that most reviews of the CPU used that mobo.
