Google Docs mass export now available for Takeout
You can now export all of your Google Docs en masse, via the company's Takeout service. Google Takeout is a way to download all your data from Google services such as Picasa and Contacts with a single click, but until now users wanting to export documents would have had to manually do so from within each one. You're only able to download documents that you created, though, as files that have been shared to you don't show up in Takeout. The effort has been made by Google's Data Liberation Front team, which tries to make it easier to get data in and out of a growing list of Google products.
