I had a Mid 2009 15 in Macbook Pro, I loved it to death. However way too many kernel panics and logic board replacements have plagued my device history.
So what did they do today when I went in for another repair? They gave me a brand new core i5 one.
Edit: They gave me a quadcore core i7 monster.
They've got themselves an evangelist for their Macs most definitely. Still an Android guy, but that may change soon.
