Biggest Disappointments

We've all seen a sweet-ass trailer, went and bought the game, only to find out that it was truly terrible.

Terrible.

The one that I remember most vividly is "State of Emergency" by Rockstar Games. And just about anything on the Wii that wasn't MarioKart.

What are you're biggest disappointment in gaming? Bad gunplay, bad voice-acting, bad endings?
