Although I dont own this phone, i did use it for a good couple of weeks. I am very familiar with windows phone as i've owned a HTC Mozart since the launch day and can only say it works much better and faster on the Lumia 800 than it does on my Mozart. That is not to mention the extra memory capacity.

if you are in market for a windows phone, it's very straight forward at this moment. if you dont like a large display, but you want the second gen Windows phone, this is practically your only option, in Europe at least.

The phone seems to be very durable, very attractive, a head turner i must say. The display may not have the high and frankly mouthful figure of the iphone's, but it's nothing short of perfect, at least to my, and all who have used this device, eyes.

I would not recommend this phone to any hardcore smartphone users however, unless you get a great deal on this. The reason being, this is at best a first gen phone with the bumped up cpu. If you want the best WP experiance, get your self a cheap second hand WP7 now, and wait for the good stuff.

But this phone is perfect for new comers in the smartphone category. If you have been using a dumb phone or a feature phone, this is a perfect phone for you.
