Sony Ericsson just teased in a Facebook post that it will be announcing a new Xperia phone next week, but details spotted in the photo suggest that the company may be planning two major phones as previously rumored. Judging by its looks, the teaser phone is not the Nozomi: it lacks the Nozomi's angular, squared-off design, and as Engadget points out, Sony Ericsson's photo shows an off-center rear camera, while leaked Nozomi photos show a perfectly centered rear camera. The teaser phone is likely to be the next Arc, which may also be the unnamed LT28at that's rumored to have a 4.55-inch, 720p display and a 13-megapixel camera.

Despite the camera conundrum, the Nozomi's still looking quite real — ITProPortal has a slew of new hands-on photos that show the same looks and specs we've seen in earlier leaks. We're still looking at a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon SoC and an impressive 1280 x 720 resolution display, and ITProPortal says it has confirmed rumors that the device will sport a 12-megapixel camera and 1GB of RAM.

We're not sure if one or both of the phones will show up at CES next week, but there's only one way to find out, so stay tuned!

Update: Alex Dobie has keenly pointed out to us that Sony Ericsson's teaser photo (seen above) is actually an old advertisement for the original Xperia Arc. We're not sure why that particular photo went up on Facebook with the announcement, but we'll find out once and for all at CES.
