Samsung and Huawei have just had LTE Android phones approved by the FCC that seem headed for US Cellular.

They might not be pretty, and they might not blow you away, but Samsung and Huawei have just had LTE Android phones approved by the FCC that seem headed for US Cellular. It would be Huawei's first LTE phone in the US, which is at least worth celebrating, though neither phone appears to be a high-end flagship. Conjecture is that the Samsung "SCH-R930," as the FCC calls it, could be similar to last year's Galaxy Indulge on MetroPCS, while the Huawei M920 could be an LTE riff on the U8860 Honor. US Cellular is looking to make some sort of splash at CES, we guess we'll be finding out soon enough.
