GS3 Mini - My take
I'm so EXCITEDDDDDDD!!!!! :-)
Sadly I already have the 4.8' GS3, I really miss having a 4 inch device BUT then I see these 4.8 inch screens and think how amazing it must be to watch a movie on that (mobile) of course and how awesome it is to surff The Verge.
But whatever I'm happy with my 4.8
NOW- I think that this is an excellent chance for Sammy to stick it to Apple and start slaying their sells. Let's see if the demand for a 4 inch screen is as great as we perceive it to be.
