Master Chief (Halo 4) vs Iron Man (2012 Avengers Version)
Who would win?
Chief has Cortana onboard, and he is carrying a Binary Rifle (Google that if you don't know what it is) and a Spartan Laser. He has two stickies and two frags and an overshield that can regenerate.
Stark has all his movie powers, including flight and his laser hands.
My money is on Chief. Cortana is smarter than Tony's AI and the Binary Rifle would atomize the Iron Man suit IMO. I think Chief would lose is CQC though.
