How has your phone not lived up to expectations.

My phone [ the samsung galaxy xcover] was marketed as being drop proof, dust proof and waterproof. after around 3 months i sat on it and the screen cracked from the bottom to the top. it stil works fine but the reason i bought it was because i didnt want to break it like i did my previous phone. so how has your phone not lived up to expectations or not worked the way it was supposed to.
