It's been a few months since LG first announced its new flagship smartphone, the Optimus G, but we finally know when it'll be available stateside. The Optimus G will launch at AT&T on November 2nd for $199.99 (with the usual two-year contract), with pre-orders starting tomorrow. We've known for a while that the phone would be coming to the US this November, and AT&T and Sprint both confirmed they would carry the phone a few weeks ago (AT&T even released some press images). As for specs, the LTE-capable Optimus G includes Qualcomm's 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, and it also features 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a 4.7-inch, 1280 x 768 pixel IPS display, an 8-megapixel camera, and a 2,100 mAh battery. On the software end, the phone will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, though it seems likely it'll be updated to Jelly Bean sooner than later.
