New Android 4.2 Feature - Notification Panels

If Android Police are right, then in 4.2 we could see a SECOND pull down panel for Quick Settings!
What are your thoughts?
My first thought was that this might mean one unnecessary extra swipe, but then I thought about all the extra space it would give you for said settings... I'm thinking maybe something more like this..
It could be better than using the increasingly cramped space we have due to those bigger Jelly Bean notifications right?!
I guess we will know for sure by the end of the month!
