iPhone 5 Landscape Pics

Hey guys and girls,

I have noticed that when taking pics with iPhone 5 in landscape orientation, some of the pics when viewed back fill up the whole screen when viewed horizontally but other landscape pics have black bars either side.

Can someone explain what is happening and why this happening? I want all landscape shots to fill up the whole screen when viewing them on the iPhones screen.
