Extension to replace Verge's video player with Youtube?
So as I saw that the newest Press Reset was posted yesterday, I immediately clicked play on the video player. Then I realized that the quality was horrid and everyone's face were all fuzzy. After that, I decided it was better that I just go to Youtube and watch it on there in full 1080p. That worked perfectly and I enjoyed the new episode tremendously.
What I'm suggesting is that some developer that would be interested, make a Chrome extension that would replace or at least give you a link to the Youtube video when browsing the Verge and encountering a video. Almost all the videos are simultaneously uploaded to Youtube at the same time as on The Verge anyway so I think it would be a great convenience. At least until The Verge makes their video player better.
