Purported images of the upcoming Huawei Ascend W1 have leaked, along with rumored specs from Sina Weibo user @zh_en. According to these rumors, the mid-range Windows Phone 8 device will have a 4-inch WVGA screen, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and a 5-megapixel camera. The device will also contain 512 MB of RAM, 4GB of on board storage, and a 2000 mAh battery. Though pictured above in cyan, the Ascend W1 is expected to be available in a range of colors. Huawei will be among the first manufacturers releasing a Windows Phone 8 device, and based on the company's comments earlier this year, the Ascend W1 will likely be available before the end of the year in Europe, China, and the US.
