So, from the very recent leak, its seems as if Huawei decided to be "inspired" by a very, very, well known source. As we know, HTC is a very prominent manufacturer in the modern smartphone industry. And as such, HTC has released two flagships in 2012. The two are:

The OneX (and variants):

So to me, I'm very curious about what they had in terms of hardware design, because the Ascend W1 looks like a 3D photochop of both. The camera nipple is straight ripped off the One X and the overall shape is taken from the 8X, with hints here and there from the Sony Xperia line

(conspiracy: They were spying on HTC's design studio in the US).
